A business critical role ensuring that enrollment for all clinical research studies conducted is completed on-time and in compliance with sponsor protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), EPCU Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and any other applicable regulations.

•Manage and develop the screening, recruitment, and marketing teams to ensure the delivery of high quality and timely services to internal and external customers.

•Continuously monitor recruitment progress and screening ratios to ensure on-time and profitable enrollment of all clinical research studies.

•Attends and presents material at client meetings or scientific meetings to support the acquisition of new business.

•Represents and promotes PAREXEL services and experiences at client meetings with particular focus on screening and patient population.

•Reviews feasibility of proposed studies and provides advice on improving suitability of inclusion and exclusion criteria for recruitment, efficiency, ease of conduct, and costs.

•Supervise marketing function of the department to meet the goals of the unit in terms of recruitment of volunteers and new business development needs

•Use staff resources flexibly and innovatively, deploying them cross-departmentally where required.

•Ensure that all established timelines relating to areas of responsibility are met.

•Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.Qualifications• Excellent interpersonal skills, detailed oriented with ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment.

•Ability to lead and motivate functional groups to achieve objectives (i.e. groups with members from diverse backgrounds created to complete short term projects).

•Well-developed communication, managerial, and other soft skills.

•Self-motivated with a willingness to accept responsibility and challenges.

•Computer skills; ability to use MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

•University degree in a scientific/relevant discipline.
