Site Payment Associate - Payables Team

Today we’re giving you the opportunity to join our core business structures on the position of Site Payment Associate - Paybles. The role is part of our Site Payments team. Site Payments is a vital function within the Global Clinical Development (GCD) group and is responsible for processing investigator payments (one of the most challenging periods in the life-cycle of a clinical trial and a crucial part of PPD business operations) for all PPD studies. Joining our diverse dynamic team of global professionals, you will have the opportunity to support our key company projects and gain insight on how the payment processes is executed within the clinical trial business.

As a Site Payment Associate you will have the overall responsibility to drive the financial processing of all different type payments into PPD’s financial systems. You will be reviewing the payments, approving and processing for payment. You will be in charge to correct any mistakes and address any issues needed to have the payments fully executed.

You will be responsible for making the decision on when and how a certain payment should be executed based on the internal procedures and your knowledge on respective company processes. You will be using all PPD’s Clinical Trial Management Systems as well as various tools and softwares.

The Site Payment Associate is serving as a primary site contact for payment related inquiries. He/She is actively communicating with various PPD teams: Finance Team,Global Study Teams (PMs, CTMs, CRAs), CTMS Activation, Contracts, etc. The role also requires a daily contact with the Investigators working on our Clinical Trials.

Your Profile: Education in the field of Economics, Business Administration or related Experience in an international corporate environment, preferably with payments processing – finance and/or accounting will be beneficial Proficiency in English is a must Cultural awareness, supreme communication skills and attention to detail IT literacy, good technical thinking and ability to quickly learn new software
