Parexel has an exciting entry level opportunity in our Newton, MA office for a proactive individual to join our Talent Acquisition group as a Recruitment Administrator. Please note that due to the current covid-19 pandemic, the role is currently home based, but will move back to the Newton, MA office in the future once conditions allow.

Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, the person selected for this position will support a team of internal Parexel recruiters as well as working on a variety of departmental projects. This person will also be heavily involved in executive interview scheduling, so good communication and presentation skills are a must. This position also requires, excellent MS Office skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask one’s day and the ability to work well independently. Essential Function

The essential function of the Recruitment Administrator is to provide support to the Talent Acquisition team. The Talent Acquisition department at Parexel is a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment that thrives on hard work, creativity and professionalism. The Recruitment Administrator plays a key role in the departments’ ability to source and hire quality talent, achieve hiring manager satisfaction and promote the best candidate experience.
