Job Overview:

Covance is looking for a Clinical Contracts Assistant in the Stockholm area of Sweden to be client-dedicated with a prestigious Pharmaceutical company that has an outstanding reputation in the Nordics in terms of employee satisfaction.

 

Ideally you will have at least 1-2 years’ experience of supporting Clinical Trials in Sweden and exposure to dealing with contracts and invoices is advantageous. This role could possibly suit a Study Site Co-coordinator or Research Nurse who has experienced the invoicing/payment process directly from the site perspective. This opportunity is permanent, full time and both office based/field based in Stockholm.

 

Overview:

Reporting directly into the Contracts Manager, the Contracts Assistant provides administrative support to contracts, with focus on payments and invoicing within the Nordic / Baltic countries.  The current team works extremely closely together and comprises 1 Contracts Manager and 3 Contracts Assistants, so quite a small team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to experience complex contracts including trials in Rare Diseases, Oncology, Hematology, Neurology, Vaccines and Rheumatology, so really interesting areas to be involved in!

 

Key responsibilities:  Collaborating effectively with CRAs and site personnel in the Nordic-Baltic Countries Prepares invoices and payments according to patient visits for relevant protocols. Plans and distributes invoice notices (for studies only)
