PURPOSE

Serve as primary contact for investigator sites enrolled in active clinical trials. Resolve non-routine and challenging customer issues requests and concerns.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Act as primary contact for clinical investigator sites with regards to lab services.
  • Taking incoming calls from Investigator Sites and retrieve voicemail messages concerning lab kits supply orders, lab test or document requests, call backs etc. in a prompt manner.
  • Facilitate and coordinate the communication between investigator site and Q Squared Solutions Project Management.
  • Attending emails from Investigator Sites and Project Management on timely manner.
  • Notify investigator sites of lab result alert values and critical values and follow up with complete data recording and documentation.
  • Contact investigator sites for lab data clarifications. Follow up unresolved issues and escalate to Project Management.
  • Point of contact for investigator sites for lab data modification requests.
  • Ensure monitor Lab reports has been successfully delivered to investigator sites.
  • Resolve challenging customer issues requests and concerns.
  • Perform proper filing and recording as required by procedures.


Ideal candidates should possess:

  • A strong customer-centric attitude, with a passion for service
  • IT savvy , with a diligent & meticulous work ethic
  • Good communications skills (both written email/ spoken)
  • Billingual in both English & Japanese language (native Japanese speaker preferred)
