About the Team : The Proposal Management department is responsible for providing the client in great detail about the services that Covance can offer in the format of proposals, budgets and working in close proximity with the sales team.

 Internship Assignment Summary: Identifies and resolves issues around client enquiry requirements and Covance capabilities with support Prepares high quality and accurate documents in accordance with agreed strategy and Sponsor requirements and expectations under the pressure of changing timelines Attend training sessions to learn universal tools linked to the Proposals Role Familiarize yourself with business development platforms to analyze and visualize data into valuable insights for more informed decision making Engage in professional development workshops to enhance your business acumen and professional presence Education/Qualifications:Has experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues Embraces diverse ways of thinking through various forms collaboration and partnership Experience:Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to be persistent while maintaining tact Demonstrated computer skills – requires excellent MS Office experience (specifically Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to work to deadlines Positive attitude and sense of urgency
