You may be required to work a rotating shift schedule that may require weekend hours

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in break/fix analysis for individual and recurring support issues. Document findings and work with appropriate resources to find and deliver cost effective and timely solutions. Assist in root cause analysis of complex incidents or recurring problems. Assist in development of solutions to these problems. Assist in the development of new processes and procedures to improve existing services, or to assist in deploying new support services.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science or related discipline 0 to 1 year of relate IT experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above Requires good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Experience as a technician or intern preferred
