Project Management Analyst/Senior Project Management Analyst, Real World Evidence

Job Overview:
As a PMA you will join the IQVIA Contact Tracing Program to provide high profile sports leagues with support in COVID-19 prevention and potential spread throughout their facility.  The primary duties and responsibilities of an IQVIA contact tracer will be using various platforms to download contact tracing data from a proximity device (if applicable), schedule and conduct interviews with Infectious Control Officers(ICO) and/or positive individuals and/or their contacts, detailed report writing, and potential presentation to the client to discuss each case. Clearly communicate approved information, gather details from interview, and follow scripted questions as well as ask more investigative type questions as each trace is different. No medical advice should be given at any time.  Responsible for escalating issues or flags of potential outbreaks to appropriate point of contact.

Essential Functions:

• A high level of professionalism and responsibility is required. 

• Must be flexible to work during weekends and possible weekly evening shifts.

You Should Have:

• Bachelor's Degree or student in scientific discipline or health care preferred.

• Relevant experience as contact tracer, Study Coordinator, Site Manager, CRA, or Epidemiologist.

• Excel proficient

• John Hopkins Contact Tracing Certificate (or be wiling to get this)

• Ability to type 25 wpm
