Mapi Research Trust (MRT) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving patients' quality of life by facilitating access to Patient-Centered Outcome (PCO) information. We promote scientific approaches in the PCO field and encourages exchanges between academics, pharmaceutical companies, and international organizations around the world in the service of incorporating the patient's voice into every step of the development process of new treatments.

Within the Trust and the Client Services team (PROVIDE), the Project Analyst I is responsible for supporting the projects by collecting and analyzing data to plan and manage COA (Clinical Outcomes Assessment) licensing projects, from original proposal through final implementation.

The Project analyst I is providing experienced administrative support to the teams with emphasis on entering and checking data, ensuring best practices are implemented timely, govern quality of data and seeks remediation of issues.

Key Responsibilities: Advise supervising project manager and others of pending due dates.Collect the necessary information required to start projectsGenerate necessary project documentation, including meeting minutes, project trackers, etc.Handle project administrative duties including scheduling requirements, processing of external invoices, etcVerify data and information and analyze it to suit the direction of a projectTrack, forecast and report on project progress including metrics and challengesTo independently and proactively run, review and analyze project data for accuracy and work with the project teams to ensure updates are completed correctlyTo work in collaboration with internal and external colleagues to meet project objectives, timelines, and budgets, where appropriateMaintain project timeframes, objectives and communications and project documents within approved archival systemsMaintain and produce metrics and support various functionsIdentify and help resolve potential issues and/or barriers which are critical to the success of a project.To demonstrate resourcefulness, make appropriate use of available technology and tools in seeking and implementing solutionsTo constantly strive for more efficient and accurate reporting by increasing accurate data sources and reducing data quality issuesCommunicate clearly and effectively with all level of the business (internally and externally).As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.Prioritizing deliverables appropriatelyStrong excel skillsExcellent communication skillsFluency in English both verbal and written

Education, skills and experience required 2 years or more of experienceBachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
