We are innovating for millions.    As the Real Estate & Facilities Manager - CEE at Labcorp you will be responsible for the management facilities functions throughout the CEE (Central Eastern Europe) Region (up to 12 offices per region), as well as ensuring correct levels of support are given to our field based personnel. You will own the Real Estate projects contract management of all Hard and Soft services associated with area of expertise.    We can be flexible with working arrangements, but ideally we are looking for someone to work at our site on Warsaw, for three or four days a week.   Main Responsibilties:   - Real Estate & Facilities Management of CEE (Central Eastern Europe) region – to include preparation of CEPs and LEPs for any Capex and Opex spend - Facilities Budget controller of the Region ensuring the Director is informed of all capital spends - Annually submit ‘bottoms up’ budget by country to ensure costs are controlled - Ensure, where practicable, that the agreed space standards are adopted across the Region/Europe and provide metrics as required - Assist with resourcing and development of all staff - Submission of monthly space utilization reports - Act as the first point of contact for Sourcing and Procurement Management and work with European Procurement Manager on all contracts with effective KPIs and SLAs - Acquisition and disposal of leases under guidance of senior leadership - Compliance with each country’s legislation, i.e. building occupancy, EHS, fire regulations, etc. Liaising where necessary with Corporate EHS - Act as security advisor for the Region and ensure that all policies in place are compliant with Global Standards - Act as consultant advisor on all matters within job role i.e. building maintenance, vehicles, catering, cleaning, security, access control, archiving, insurance, office equipment, mobile phones, etc - Maintain all hard copy leasing register for the Region and provide to senior management on a regular basis detailed reports on all leased offices in the Region   - Educated to degree level or equivalent (education can be substituted with experience) - FM or RE qualifications desirable but not essential - Previous experience leading a global/regional FM/RE team - Experience of working within a large, global organization   Excellent skills required in the following areas: - Organizational - Oral and written communications - Working with others - Accurate typing and spelling - Aptitude for handling numerical data - Ability to operate standard office equipment – keen interest in electronic systems i.e. FSA - Fluency in the local language and in English, both written and oral - Computer literacy (word processing, spreadsheet, presentation software)  <p></p><p><b>Labcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer:</b></p><p></p><p>As an EOE/AA employer, the organization will not discriminate in its employment practices due to an applicant's race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or veteran status.</p><p></p><p>For <span>more information about how we collect and store your personal data, please see our </span><span><a href="https://www.labcorp.com/hipaa-privacy/web-privacy-policy" target="_blank">Privacy Statement</a></span><a href="https://www.labcorp.com/hipaa-privacy/web-privacy-policy" target="_blank"><span>.</span></a><span> </span></p>
