As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for Project Managing the activities of the Data & Reporting Standards group. Coordinating the processes, including technology and meeting structures, such as Scrum or Kanban, for managing the ingestion of requests, development cycles, and roll out to the business. Initiatives to be managed include functional reporting and analytics, including large program project reporting such as PRISM, and CTOR, as well as the team’s involvement in large system and data projects.

Project & Data Management Set in place the effective technology tools for tracking and managing multi-stream projects and initiatives, such as, but not limited to, online forms, JIRA, Kanban boards. Establish operating models for effective cross team sharing of information, requirements, escalations and issues, and meaningful progress updates, through meetings and other forms of communication. Clear, concise, and informative communication of the program to Clinical stakeholders, Clinical Senior Management, Internal and External technology providers and the Corporate PMO. Management of backlog for teams, ensuring progress with initiatives and/or the escalation of roadblocks. Manage the team roadmap that is clear and accurately represents business priorities for new features through a thorough understanding of the technology and business. Ensure there are effective plans in place for that clearly explain the support and maintenance processes and that these processes enable efficient support for the end user. Arrange and facilitate a series of scrum and project status update meetings, ensuring appropriate attendance, cross time-zone coverage, and appropriate engagement. Manage appropriate actions plans and their communication and follow-up, holding team members accountable. Assist with training, adoption, compliance and change management to ensure a successful rollout of reports and dashboards. Understand each stage of the development process and final product needs to help the team navigate issues and communicate delays and challenges appropriately. Assist in ensuring that that there are effective training plans in place when implementing or upgrading a new technology that ensure the business users are trained to the level required to use the new systems Work closely with the Data Governance team to ensure the continuous information sharing, and where appropriate, improvement of data definitions, quality, and cataloguing. Work closely with Data Governance and IT to understand the data roadmap of Data Lake ingestion and modeling. Have a working knowledge of critical data tables in the Data Lake to be able to support the Business Analysts and Developers. A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning. Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail. Willingness to work in a matrix environment and to value the importance of teamwork Working knowledge and experience of Clinical Research Services and the business processes performed with experience in data, reporting and/or project management. Significant experience of working with global teams across different time zones. Education: MSc/BSc in a related discipline with experience, or extensive relevant experience in a related industry
