The role:

Effectively provide support (technical and/or business) to the Quality & Compliance department. Assist the Quality & Compliance department with functions related to Quality Systems (e.g. QMS, EDMS)

  • Follow standardized procedures and practices.

  • Understanding of purpose, objective, practices and procedures of the job role.

  • Keep the person to whom the Process Specialist reports to informed on any QA issues within the department that requires attention.

  • Capable and knowledgeable of system functionality and requirements pertaining to job role.

  • Provide support, as needed, to the global Quality & Compliance department; and/or, where required, to other ICON departments.

  • Serve as backup to other Q&C Process Specialists (globally), as necessary.

  • Train new members of applicable team.

  • Undertake other duties as may be assigned from time to time

What you need?

  • Bachelors Degree in Life Scirence

  • Advanced English Level

  • 2 years + of experience in similar roles
