Associate Director - CLIA/CAP Laboratory

Responsibilities: Oversees all aspects of management of laboratory operations to one or more sites, departments or regions in global Labs. Ensures productivity, efficiency and quality of the work are maintained and financial objectives of the business are achieved. Oversees the development and implementation of laboratory systems and processes. Ensures client deliverables and needs are met.

Education and Experience: Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 10 years) or equivalent and relevant combination of education, training, and experience. 5 years of management responsibility Proven leadership skills
