The Senior Director, of Production Services Group for Parexel Informatics (PI) is the leader for the systems and services delivered from the Production Services group globally. In this capacity, the leader works closely with all Parexel’s operational teams to deliver service excellence and quality. Through the leaders’ knowledge and experience (s) he will interact with senior client representatives in critical sales and operational delivery situations and represent PI’s brand and industry leadership.
