We have a new position available within our Site Patient Access team in Madrid. Weare looking for a Senior Manager to join the team.

In this position you will Lead and manage SIA staff for an assigned country or group of countries. Acts as main point of contact for information and escalation for issues related to an assigned country. Coordinates with Contract Managers, Regulatory Specialists and other key site activation stakeholders to ensure technical

risks and issues are properly routed and resolved and to confirm local hires reflect the necessary technical skills and experience. Provides local expertise for the execution of site activation activities within an assigned country or group of countries. Responsible for oversight and delivery of site activation deliverables for an assigned country or group of countries. May act as the SIA country lead manager for an assigned country or group of countries.

Education andExperience

Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences preferred or licensed or certified health care training (e.g.: RN, MT, PA, RPh,)

Significant clinical research experience (comparable to 5 years) including one of or a combination of; clinical management, regulatory, contract management, study management and start-up

Managementexperience within clinical management, regulatory, contract management, study management and start-up (comparable to 6years)Orequivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills, andabilities
