Job Overview in English

1.    Responsible for leading Buyer on purchasing operations.
2.    Responsible for monthly purchasing reporting and analysis
3.    Carry out the procurement work, includes lead team on order planning, inquiry, price comparison, price negotiation, order placement, delivery follow up, drafting contract and payment settlement matters.
4.    Responsible for escalation for shortage risk and solution. 
5.    Communicate with the business departments about quotation, vendor delivery time, risk of shortage, short-expiry confirmation and other matters.
6.    Reply to project managers’ queries about the product.
7.    Cooperate with warehouse staffs on receipts or consumption data.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or above
• 3 years' experience, as a purchasing leader, supply chain management. Medical device working experience is plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Excellent in Excel and data analysis
•    Knowledge of language: 
o    English : CET 6, ability to work in English atmosphere.

2.    负责采购月度报告的指定和汇报
3.    执行采购工作，工作内容包括：采购计划的制定、询价、比价、议价、下单，交货跟踪、缺货风险的汇报，并能够提出解决方案。
4.    签署采购合同及付款结算事宜
5.    与相关业务部门进行沟通，包括不限于缺货、短效期、回复项目经理关于产品的问题。
6.    配合库房人员做好产品的收货工作
7.上级主管安排的其他工作事项

职位要求：
1.本科以上学历，熟练使用office办公软件
2.3年以上采购团队管理经验，从事过医疗器械采购工作优先
3 工作积极主动，认真仔细，责任心强
4.英语：6级，能够使用英语做为工作语言。
5.思路清晰、具备良好的沟通能力和协调能力
