Supervisor, Sample Management

The Supervisor, Sample management oversees and coordinates the daily receipt of packages, data entry of patient information into the database, labeling and validation and subsequent 100% QC of generated accession forms.

ResponsibilitiesCoordinates the process of storing the received sample management samples into the database in an accurate and timely manner, along with overseeing the preparation of shipments.Ensures that all sample handling is done in adherence to OSHA and the ICON Laboratories Health and Safety Regulations as well as SOPsMust be able to demonstrate drive, passion and a strong sense of team working, along with a desire to progress within our organization.Enthusiasm and the ability to check that equipment is functioning within its specifications and to respond appropriately to abnormalities.Will be required to be able to keep accurate, legible records and recognize the need to handle these records and all other information in line with GCP.

RequirementsAt least 5 years' experience accessioning samples/working in a clinical lab1+ year(s) of supervising experience preferredHigh School Diploma
