Job Overview
Develop, maintain and deliver learning activities according to established Project Services policies and procedures. Support onboarding and continuous improvement of Project Services procedures through development and implementation of on-the-Job (OTJ) and instructor-lead (ILT) training and coaching. Communicate with project teams, managers and other relevant stakeholders to ensure excellent training delivery to teams and consistency across regions, including implementation of best practices and supporting process improvement projects. With limited guidance, provide support, advice, coaching and mentoring to employees and management teams regionally and globally. Support learning initiatives, serve on cross functional teams, as required, and share best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES 
• Perform training administration tasks to ensure Learning Management System is regularly updated
• Prepare course materials for training sessions and assist in their maintenance
• Develop and deliver training to Project Services department
• Conduct course evaluations and make suggestions to training line management on continuous improvement
• Develop effective team relationships with other trainers to ensure consistent quality and global delivery
• Support and mentor less experienced employees in processes and training tasks
• Support the project teams with training-related investigations and corrective/preventative actions for reported incidents
• Assist in monitoring departmental compliance with required training plans and SOP acknowledgements, as required
• Collaborate with other functional groups within the company, where necessary, in order to ensure training content is accurate and shared where required
• Support line manager with any other delegated actions required to support the training team
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
3 years of clinical or research industry experience, including 1 year project management / project set up experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS,AND ABILITIES
Strong interpersonal skills (including interactions from new hires to management), communication and time management skills, with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
Computer proficiency in word processing, presentation and spreadsheet applications and Q2 Solutions Database, Quality Management, HR and training systems
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high stress environment
Knowledge of Project Management and/or Project Set-Up processes and terminology
Previous knowledge of Q2 Solutions processes and systems is highly desired
Strong operational and delegation skills
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills including good command of English language. In certain geographies where communication in local language is desired (e.g. Japan, China), excellent command of local language with reasonable proficiency in English preferred
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and managers
Strong presentation and coaching skills
Demonstrated ability of critical thinking and problem solving
