Manager, Regional Feasibility Network

The Regional Feasibility Networks play a key role in the delivery of Parexel studies. Site selection is challenging but is the cornerstone of more predictable recruitment. Better site selection requires excellent working relationships with institutions, investigators and research teams and better data organization to improve efficiency and knowledge.

The Manager Feasibility Network –as per assigned region- is responsible for the oversight of a team of Site Feasibility Liaisons. This includes the timely contact and follow-up with candidate research sites to optimize Parexel site selection timelines, support for the central feasibility during the bidding process and improved data stewardship.Qualifications• Strong ability to manage and motivate individual contributors and lead a global “virtual” team; enlists the support of team members in meeting goals

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills (including experience in making presentations at conferences, meetings, training sessions)

• Outstanding negotiation skills and organizational skills

• Ability to make decisions in ambiguous situations and empowers direct reports and team members to make decisions as appropriate

• Ability to solve problems creatively by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach

• Strong ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload in order to meet daily metrics or team objectives
