Parexel is hiring a Identity and Access Management Analyst to join our global IT Security Engagement team. The IAM Analyst will work closely with the business and technical teams, to elicit, refine and document requirements (ex. functional requirements, user stories and specifications) in a manner that both reflects the true need of the business, and holistically and comprehensively outlines the solution need for IT leads, architects, and developers.

Key Accountabilities:With a continuous improvement mindset, the Analyst will look for opportunities to refine processes, tools, techniques, and standards, creating efficiency within the Business Analysis process while delivering concise, complete, and comprehensible requirements for features, functions, and behaviors of the needed solution(s).Collaborate with IAM engineers to ensure Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) is managed efficiently Engage in onboarding applications to a centralized access administration tool and automate user provisioning and de-provisioning process wherever possible Co-ordinate application onboarding activities by engaging application teams, identity engineering teams, Quality analysts and other key stakeholders Involve in design discussions to determine the integration models and development of custom connectors to provide automation capabilityParticipate in working sessions with enterprise application teams, enterprise architects, identity engineers to collect roles, permissions, approval workflow, integration models to automate access provisioning process.Manage Access Governance and Certification processes, conduct access reviews by initiating the periodic access review process and supported security auditPerform planning and analysis for kicking of Privileged Access review, created re-usable communication templates Create Requirement specification for Privileged Account Management and Identity Modernization engagements Perform planning and analysis for Role Based Access Control initiativeRefine the processes & templates for Business Analysis, to make the work more efficient over timeCoordinate project meetings, communicate with the team, internal/external partners, and senior managementWork with the Project Manager to identify the changes, gaps, risks, issues in requirementsAct as the translator, to make sure engineers understand the business, and the business understand the engineersOwn the traceability matrix/ matrices, ensuring all requirements are testedAssist in identifying technical functionality that aligns with desired new business capabilitiesWork with business teams to define the User Acceptance Test (UAT) criteria and help business in defining User Acceptance test scenariosQualificationsMinimum Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:2+ years of experience in conducting business requirements sessions, writing business requirements and developing use cases or user stories2+ year of experience in Identity and Access Management tools (ideally Microfocus IG, SailPoint IIQ, or CyberArk)2+ years of experience in any Agile tool (like JIRA) preferredAbility to generate detailed documentation of requirements based on verbal communicationAble to continually add to knowledgebase, and share acquired knowledge with colleagues in an efficient mannerExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal Native or proficiency in EnglishExpert in MS Office tools including MS Visio, MS Excel, MS PowerPointAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work on more than one issue or project simultaneouslyAble to take the initiative and carry out tasks independentlyEmployment is contingent on disclosure of your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if relevant, proof of vaccination.EEO DisclaimerParexel is an equal opportunity employer.  Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to legally protected status, which in the US includes race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
