Senior Business Analyst

In your role as Sr. Business Analyst you will support Real-World Solutions business unit in a number of innovative ways. From providing advanced analytics & visualizations, to driving adoption of industry-leading technologies and solutions. The ideal candidate comes with a broad skillset and passion for data, analytics, digital & technology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis to evaluate business performance: productivity, compliance, resourcing, etc.
• Design analytics dashboards
• Provide both consultation on analytics topics and hands-on support
• Continuously identify sources of performance optimization & implement improvements
• Participate in adoption of technology solutions and process improvements
• Change-management advocate
• Create, maintain and review system or process documentation and guidelines with guidance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A history of leading and supporting successful analytics & change management projects
• Experience delivering bespoke analytics deliverables, dashboards and visualizations
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking and technical skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent documentation skills
• Experience with Tibco Spotfire BI reporting tool is a strong plus; or alternative BI tools
• Experience in the Healthcare Industry with a regulated Life Science / Contract Research Organization (CRO) a strong plus
• Basic knowledge writing and executing SQL scripts is a plus
