Provides end user support document production assistance, for IVR or other systems produced within the IVRS department, as assigned.Responds to system users, addresses/answers simple system questions/issues and performs simple database updates.Maintains an available status in the automated call distribution queue and responds to incoming interactions (e.g. phone calls, emails, chat requests, etc.) for all systems.Acts as the primary support for end users of systems. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and r elevant formal academic / vocational qualification Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 2 years’) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team Good written and verbal communication skillsAbility to attain, maintain and apply a general knowledge of GCPs and the conduct of clinical trials Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office productivity applications Training and experience in relational database management systems (SQL Developer and/or Oracle preferred) Demonstrated knowledge of database tools with working knowledge of SQL and/or PL/SQL preferred Good organizational skills with the ability to adapt and adjust to changing priorities and to manage multiple assignments with challenging/conflicting deadlines Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and respond appropriately with patients and sites waiting on the phone, often with patient treatment and safety at stake Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality with clinical data and client's proprietary data
