FSP Solution Design Director

We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a FSP Solution Design Director!

The FSP Solution Design Director will support the GTM and sales cycle for the FSP business. This role will be critical in supporting bid defense meetings, responding to RFPs and RFIs as well as providing insight and strategy for customer solutions based on understood requirements.

As part of your role, you will

• Serve as key contact for strategic planning, direction and execution of all new business including primary accountability for:
• Solution design and operational definition
• Design overall strategy, recruiting strategy and model ramp delivery
• Define and articulate model working closely with operations
• Work with internal stakeholders to finalize project budgets and scope of work to meet financial and company goals (realization/margin targets), proactively ensuring adherence to change control processes
• Work with internal stakeholders to develop requisite models and associated resource plans
• Work with internal stakeholders to answer client opportunity (rate exercise, RFI/RFP, BDM…)
• Develop and lead transition oversight program for any newly won work to include
• Governance Delivery of new models operating at steady state to appropriate model alliance manager within first months of win (until contract is executed)
• Collaborate with the Regional Head or the account team on their ongoing client discussion
• Act as lead member of due diligence activities as they relate to the customer's needs and long-term objectives

To excel in this role, you will have

• Robust Clinical Operations Experience
• Strong knowledge of FSP Delivery Models across various functions: Clinical & DSSR
• Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical/problem solving skills.
• Capacity for innovative thinking
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results as agreed with customer.
• Excellent Attention to detail and ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities.

• Strong financial analysis skills; preferably thorough understanding of company margins, pricing strategies, and profitability measures
