Job Description Summary
• Works with Associate Director to identify and recommend emerging technological capabilities that will enhance our training and GTM effectiveness
• Execute on the strategy for the adoption of new technology platforms to enable Training and other GTM activities
• Play a key role in leading the selection, implementation, and maintenance of platforms
• Identifies and communicates opportunities for process and quality improvements, providing feedback on usage, defects, and suggested enhancements.
• Serves as point of escalation for support issues, which may include interaction with LMS vendor and other vendor support services.
• Partner with enterprise technology teams or other organizational units (i.e. Global Learning and Development) to optimize use of centrally available platforms and resources
• Establish and maintain relationships, 3rd party suppliers onshore and offshore
• Example in-scope platforms may include: Learning Management System, Virtual Training, Certification, MOOC, Sales Enablement and Partner Portals
• Troubleshoots and resolves issues relating to system functionality and software systems.
• Works with the instructional designers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to accessing the LMS and course content.
