You will cover the high potential GP’s identified in your region and work complementary in a binomial structure with 2 reps to double the number of contacts for the product at GP level in terms of sales & support to GP (& patient). Communication, teamplay & collaboration in this structure will be key to make the launch a success.

Launch in diabetes type II (GLP1, oral semaglutide)

As you’re in a highly competitive market with a range of therapeutic possibilities to choose from, the big challenge will be to put the GP at ease to take the lead in the mgmt. of his diabetic patient instead of referring to SP for a therapeutic choice.
