Our platform deploys solutions up to 5x faster and up to 9x less cost than traditional solutions and allows Sponsors and CROs control of their delivery timelines.</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #2d2d2d;"> </span></p><p style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="color: #2d2d2d;">SnapIoT </span><span style="color: #353535;">(a LabCorp company) is seeking a Team Lead that b</span><span style="color: #2d2d2d;">uilds and sets up development tools and infrastructure to automate and improve the efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of product engineering teams.  The Team Lead will provide g</span><span style="color: #121212;">uidance and coaches the team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers,</span><span style="color: #2d2d2d;"> but no limited to the following:</span></span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> </span></p><ul><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manages resources and timelines. </span></li><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">May require guidance to predict obstacles and to develop mitigation plans that would delay progress.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensures that key stakeholders and senior managers are kept informed.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Is able to influence the Global Applications business strategy.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Aligns and develops a business plan to support the direction of Global Applications.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Gets buy-in, presents and educates the team to understand their role in achieving the strategy.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Interpret business requirements and define technical alternatives, tools, and approach</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work with other team members to define effort estimates, time tables and project plans.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Participate with the development team and IT staff as appropriate in the design of solutions.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with other technical areas to integrate across tiers, platforms, and responsibilities.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure that expected application performance levels are achieved. </span></li><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manages technical aspects of application to ensure timely and effective implementations.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Understand and comply with Project Life Cycle Methodology in all planning steps.</span></li></ul><h2>Education/Qualifications:</h2><ul><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline (10+ years’ experience will be considered in lieu of degree)</span></li></ul><h2>Experience:</h2><ul><li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">8+ Years of experience in system development and support including managing teams in systems analysis, support and/or programming functions</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">3+ years of systems analysis and design</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent organization, teamwork, problem-solving, and communication (verbal and written) skills</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to work well with people in all levels of the organization</span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> </span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Preferred:</span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience supporting Clinical Applications</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with COTS (Commercial off the shelf applications)</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Project Management experience leading small to medium efforts</span></li></ul>
