<h2>Job Overview:</h2><ul><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">Maintains an advanced level of method troubleshooting, project planning, study organization, laboratory processes and/or technical LCMS. </span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">Openly transfers knowledge to assist indirect reports with manual and automated routine sample extraction, LCMS analysis, laboratory work scheduling and study set-up. </span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">Actively performs a wide scope of production and validation laboratory work, automated sample extractions, and routine and/or non-routine analyses in a variety of matrices and in compliance with appropriate SOPS and regulatory guidelines. </span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">Independently organizes and completes projects and laboratory work while planning, guiding, and overseeing a small group of technical staff, with minimal supervision.</span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">Guides and advises technical staff on proper documentation and documentation of study events to ensure high quality laboratory records. Suggests improvements to develop the quality and work scope of indirect reports.  </span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">Demonstrates a strong level of understanding to assist the development of technical staff with Bioanalytical processes, procedures, SOPs, and laboratory work flow.</span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">Openly provides input in project meetings, informing Study Director, Principal Investigator and/or management of any problems and/or deviations that may affect the integrity of the data and recommends corrective action.</span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">Suggests and performs modifications to test methods or procedures where precedence exists. Recommends and is capable of executing an action plan for solving project or technical problems as they occur.</span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">Evaluates and reports on new technologies or techniques. Functions as an experienced technical resource for the department.</span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">May interact in external client communications. </span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">Performs other related duties as assigned.</span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"><em><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">      </span></em></p><h2>Education/Qualifications:</h2><ul><li style="margin-left: .5in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">BS/BA degree in science or related field plus 4-5 years of relevant experience.
