These programs are expected to drive a shared understanding of Labcorp's direction and leaders' and employees' roles in company success. employee engagement and support major HR initiatives, diversity and inclusion, and culture.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: "arial narrow";">Support broad impact initiatives by crafting communications strategies and materials, partnering with HR, Legal and Finance and other enterprise functions as needed to ensure priorities and messaging are aligned and communications strategies and tactics in support of major change initiatives.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: "arial narrow";">Partner across Communications team in support of broad, integrated communications efforts.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: "arial narrow";">Align efforts to overall communications strategy and plans that help achieve stated business objectives and execute against the company's strategic pillars.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: "arial narrow";">Create content for events, videos, podcasts or other creative tools in support of communications strategies.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: "arial narrow";background: white;">Gather team member sentiment analysis to help executive committee and other senior leaders understand team members' perspective on company direction, strategic priorities, culture, etc. </span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: "arial narrow";"><span style="background: white;">Measure effectiveness of enterprise and business segment communications through a variety of vehicles, including communication audits, surveys and informal networks. </span>Collaborate across the Communications team and across the enterprise to develop relevant metrics and reporting.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: "arial narrow";">Interact with key stakeholders (meetings, one-on-ones, organizational "listening") to be proactive in counseling and addressing communication issues, needs and narrow";">Bachelor's degree in communications, public relation or related field preferred.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: "arial narrow";">A minimum of 10+ years of experience in communications, including employee and culture communications in a global organization.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: "arial narrow";">Exceptional and persuasive written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: "arial narrow";">An exceptional eye for detail and a proven track record of creating informative and engaging internal communications.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: "arial narrow";">Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: "arial narrow";">Strong business acumen and an understanding of the healthcare, pharmaceutical and/or life sciences sectors.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: "arial narrow";">Ability to facilitate and distill multiple perspectives from senior executives into communications that will resonate with broad audiences.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: "arial narrow";">Excellent planning skills, with a proven ability to manage, prioritize and allocate time.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: "arial narrow";">Ability to make decisions in a rapidly changing environment and perform in high pressure
