<div> <p><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: "arial narrow";background: white;">The Executive Director of Consumer Product Development will lead the Labcorp Consumer Product team focused on developing, building, and partnering to bring consumer health products and services to the consumer market. They will collaborate with many Labcorp teams including Science & Technology, Digital, Operations, Merchandising, and Marketing to develop new products/experiences and manage the consumer portfolio to support brand's strategic direction and financial goals. This individual will own the strategic product roadmap and lead operational readiness through the launch process. This role requires a high degree of leading through change, willingness to consistently challenge conventional healthcare thinking, and collaboration across the organization to accelerate the disruption of our industry through innovative, consumer-focused health solutions. adept at defining and evaluating consumer unmet needs to gain market position</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: "arial narrow";">Track record in delivering products on time, on budget, that meets financial goals</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: "arial narrow";">Strong financial acumen, with familiarity of budgets, forecasting, P&L management, and business planning </span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: "arial narrow";">Collaborative and ability to lead through influence, and bring cross-function teams and executives along. </span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: "arial narrow";">Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and an ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate to all levels of the organization.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: "arial narrow";">Comfortable working in dynamic and high-growth settings.</span></li> </ul> </div> </div>
