The S en i o r D i r e c t o r, Pricing & Market Access will be a part of a global team reporting into the Vice President, Pricing & Market Access. This individual must bring a c o mp r eh en s i v e un d e r s t an d i ng of the Nordics Pricing and Market Access with exposure of HTA.

This individual will be responsible for (but not limited to) Actively prospects and leverages new business opportunities with client and industry contacts in collaboration with Account Management, focusing on the Nordic region Presents information about Parexel Access Consulting service offerings reflecting the organization’s capability to support Nordic client needs Generates new or repeat business due to personal name recognition or history of client satisfaction and/or relationship Leads project scoping calls and proposal development for large, complex and/or cross-service line projects Delivers sales presentations and participates in bid defense meetings Actively participates in account planning for key Nordic clients He/she will provide a full range of consulting services and works within their personal area of expertise. provide mentoring and guidance to more junior team members on technical and/or business issues and support knowledge-centered activities within Parexel Access Consulting Contributes to new service and consulting model development specific to the Nordic market Delivers presentations at seminars and industry group meetings. Authors articles for publication in industry magazines, newsletters, book chapters and other forums Leads and engages in client conversations, at a senior level, demonstrating Parexel’s expertise in the Nordic region. In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical market A strong track-record of timely and high-quality project delivery, with demonstrable experience in producing client-ready deliverables that clearly show an understanding of client requirements Educa t i on - Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a Scientific or Technical Discipline, PhD or other advanced degree (i.e., MBA) preferred.
