The Customer Marketing Manager will support the development and execution of account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting global clients. They will work closely with sales leaders on priority accounts to design and deliver tailored marketing experiences to nurture client relationships, strengthen Parexel's reputation and, ultimately, drive long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.

In close collaboration with Marketing Operations, the Customer Marketing Manager will also help to build and shape the ABM technology stack that will underpin all campaign activity and marketing reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

ABM StrategyActing as a strategic marketing partner to global account teams, drawing upon a broad marketing skill set to translate business strategies into actionable marketing plans.Develop personalized outreach strategies for priority accounts in conjunction with commercial teams to reach key decision-makers at each customer journey stage, utilizing our full tech stack.Develop a thorough understanding of each buyer and decision maker through customer, profiling, and persona development.Identify customer needs and trends to inform the team and internal stakeholders of areas of focus for Parexel.

Execution of omnichannel programsDeploy the right programmatic and account-specific tactical mix to deliver the right content (thought leadership) at the right timeDesigning customer-centric omnichannel marketing programs designed to develop customer relationships, change perceptions, and build a pipeline to help drive long-term account growth.Identifying opportunities to test and learn to engage customers to deliver more impactful customer experiences.Coordinate ABM activities and strategies with colleagues in events, marketing operations, design, digital marketing, and brand marketingWork with the digital team to align the digital strategy and funnel with ABM streamsCustomize content and curate thought leadership to add value and optimize the customer experience.Develop ad copy, messaging, and emails to attract and engage target accounts.Develop metrics to measure and report on the success of ABM campaigns.Coordinate efforts between marketing and account leaders to increase efficiency and avoid overlap.

Knowledge and Experience:Experience in delivering a successful account-based marketing program in a B2B environment.10+ Years of marketing experience.Proven business / commercial acumen with relevant industry expertise.CRO experience preferred but not essentialUnderstanding of the biopharma industry.
