Job Description

1.           Undertake pre-studies/workshops to capture business requirements

2.           Translate client requirements into technical requirements and recommend a solution

3.           Documents and analyzes requirements from a business perspective, define current and future operational scenarios (processes, models, use cases, plans and solutions) and works with client and the Architect to ensure proper translation of business requirements to solution requirements

4.           Solve functional issues in development

5.           Perform functional and unit testing

6.           Talk to business or product teams for functional clarifications

7.           Suggest ideas to have better product features

Required Skills:

1.           Minimum of 6-10 years’ experience in dashboard \ report development, Business Analysis, Requirements Development, and implementation of technology solutions

2.           3+ years of experience in Healthcare domain is mandatory

3.           Knowledge of IMS datasets is a plus

4.           Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)

5.           Should have working knowledge of data processing and mining tools like SQL

6.           Should have working knowledge of reporting tools – Excel, Tableau, Micro Strategy etc

7.           Exposure to pharma data is necessary, working knowledge of commercial analytics – data, performance management analytics is a must

8.           Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics

9.           MBA or Master’s degree in a business discipline

10.         Strong analytical and data analysis skills to solve and model complex business requirements

11.         Clear, professional, and concise communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills

12.         Must have combination of excellent communication skills (including presentation skills) and technical skills

13.         Must be able to use consultative approach and persuasive communication with stakeholders

14.         Self-motivated and with a sense of urgency

15.         Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

16.         Willingness to work in a team environment and to cooperate with multiple partners
