Study Support Specialist - Bioanalysis

At Covance in Harrogate, North Yorkshire we are looking to recruit a Study Support Specialist to join our expanding Bioanalysis team.

Responsibilities will include: Report finalization processes, including archival of raw data Communicate and interact with study team and other departments as appropriate Plan, prioritize and manage individual workload and multiple responsibilities. Use project tracking systems as appropriate Contributes to a cohesive team environment To provide QC auditing support (electronic and paper copies) Supports process improvement initiatives Performs other related duties as assigned

 Education/Qualifications:At least GCSE grade C or above or equivalent Experience may be substituted for education Ability to utilize word processing software, database, spreadsheet, and specialized software Experience:No industry experience required. Some customer service workplace experience an advantage Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to prioritize and manage time Will have a good understanding of standard computer software systems such as MS Windows, MS Office software, especially Word and Excel
