Associate Product & Strategy Director, Integrated Health Practice

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Managing the queue of GTM opportunity support requests for IHP products
• Drafting reusable (preferred) and ad hoc (as needed) GTM support materials
• Coordinating with practice leadership and operational counterparts to respond to GTM opportunities (e.g., RFIs, RFPs, Proposals, Bid Defenses)
• Collaborating with account teams to understand product usage and opportunities for improvement or enhancement in future releases
• Defining goals and success measures for prioritized initiatives, in collaboration with practice leadership
• Provide guidance to development teams on product vision, requirements, and user experience, as appropriate
• Investigating and documenting new market opportunities within and external to IQVIA
• Drafting and maintaining product offering documentation, including formal communications, and presentations for executive leadership
• Develop and manage product roadmaps for product offerings, and integration of overall product strategy
• Identifying cross-practice product stakeholders for collaboration and/or evangelism
• Facilitating communication and coordination with operational stakeholders across the organization to ensure product development achieves stated goals
• Mentoring and coaching a quickly evolving team that is delivering innovative solutions in rapidly transforming business areas

Qualifications: 
• Robust Clinical and/or Research Operations experience
• Familiarity with healthcare workflows, system operations, and data requirements, and relevant patient privacy regulations, including US HIPAA and EU GDPR
• Familiarity with clinical research workflows, system operations, and data requirements, and relevant regulations, including US 21CFR11 and EU Annex 11
• Understanding of software development life cycle fundamentals, including Agile
• Experience analyzing and documenting process and data flows
• Ability to develop and champion robust business cases supporting the practice offerings
• Strong written and verbal communication (English, additional languages preferred)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate clearly to non-technical audiences
• Demonstrable ability to deliver results that meet defined quality and timeline metrics
• Proven experience in successfully delivering measurable business value through software or initiatives you have defined

Minimum Required Education and Experience
• BS or equivalent (MS or equivalent in Clinical Informatics or related field preferred)
• Demonstrable experience as a Senior-level Business Analyst, Product Owner, and/or Consultant in the IT, Healthcare, and/or Research sector(s)
• Demonstrable expertise in electronic health information and its applications
