Summarized Purpose: Liaises with R&D management, R&D PIs, and support staff (i.e. QC, QA, report writing). Works with multiple validation PIs to drive project completion by being award of critical project timelines.
Essential Functions:
This position is internally- facing where primary contacts will be within the Bioanalytical Lab and primarily within R&D. External client-facing interaction will be minimal.
Coordinates and helps execute post-validation activities, including but not limited to:
Compiling draft data tales after the completion of validation lab work
Initiating draft analytical method following templates
First pass review of QC and or QA audits for data, methods, and validation reports
Initiating draft validation report once QC review of data is complete
Providing initial review of draft validation report following a specific check list
Responsible for driving timeline for post-validation activities from completion of lab work to draft report
Monitors assignments and adjust priorities and work schedule to meet deadlines and provide high quality deliverables.
Completes additional tasks needed in support of project and departmental objectives.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 2 years’) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Good organizational skills with the ability to adapt and adjust to changing priorities and to manage multiple assignments with challenging/conflicting deadlines
Effective project management and organizational skills
Good computer skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively conduct oral presentations
Demonstrated experience in identification and resolution of technical problems in a professional environment
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality with client proprietary information
Ability to attain, maintain, and apply a working knowledge of applicable procedural documents
Demonstrated positive attitude, enthusiasm toward work, and the ability to work well with others
