Job Description

This associate director role will support internal and external reporting requirements in addition to contributing significantly to key business initiatives required for a growing public company to be successful.

Essential Job Functions and Other Job Information Contributes to the development of budgets and financial strategies that align with the organization's business objectives, serving as the lead executive advisor for a large functional organization Manage a team, supporting budgeting/forecasting and compensation calculations for a large functional organization (in addition to ad hoc requests) Continue to develop best practices with regards to reporting of Non-GAAP measure and commercial metrics Ensure department-wide compliance with SOX requirements, serving as the primary point of contact with the Internal Audit team Work directly with the External Reporting team, reviewing support provided for SEC filings Coordinate directly with Investor Relations for quarterly Earnings Call Support and other ad hoc commercial reporting requests Collaborates with various departments and business units across the organization to provide value-added analytical and critical thinking on ad hoc projects.

Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 10 years’) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience Public accounting experience required 5 years of management responsibility

In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Excellent project leadership and consultancy skills with ability to function as an effective and respected partner to internal clients at all levels of the organization Experience and direct knowledge of the budgeting and forecasting process for larger functional teams Experience with presenting topics in a digestible format for senior level executives Thorough knowledge of US GAAP reporting requirements Practical knowledge and application of controls in accordance with SOX requirements Proven ability to effectively delegate and balance work and deliver against competing demands Develops key performance metrics and associated analytical tools to explain metrics. Ensures consistency and application of budgeting and forecasting proces ses and policies.
