What will you be doing? / Responsibilities of your role:

• Manages a small team (6-8 people) within a larger team in the IT Structure of PPD

• Responsible for people leadership, project planning, and management duties necessary to develop staff

• Delivers regular coaching and mentoring to team members, delegates, assigns and reviews tasks for accuracy.

• Interacts with clients and/or vendors through effective communication, negotiation and prioritization skills

• Delivers technology services in a collaborative, cross-functional environment

• Identifies and assess service improvement opportunities

• What can set you apart? Not required, but will be considered an advantage – formal education, certification, or training in: management, ITIL, process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma), project management
