Job Overview

Strategy- Support the IQVIA Strategic Growth Center of Excellence (CoE) team to define and execute strategies for achieving government health agency outcomes. Support the assessment of customer needs and priorities and their relationship to IQVIA’s capabilities/offerings.


Customer and Stakeholder Engagement – Support Strategic Growth leaders to proactively engage with government health customers on the realization of their mission and program outcomes. Research customer and stakeholder needs and interests. Ensure that engagements with customers and stakeholders are planned, coordinated, and communicated appropriately.

Analysis – Support the development of account plans that reflect a thorough understanding of federal health agencies’ organization, mission, needs, risks and trends.

Pipeline and Work Integration – Support Strategic Growth leaders in identifying, shaping, and tracking opportunities in partnership with IQVIA colleagues and industry partners. Help to maintain accurate records and forecasts of relevant pipelines to include Start Date, Value, Capability Demand, Partner Engagement and overall Period of Performance.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams
- Experience working in a collaborative, matrixed, environment
- Experience working with or studying federal health programs
- Experience in business development, sales or marketing


Required Qualifications:
- Passionate about improving health and well-being

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Self-starter, fast learner, team player

- Ability to develop working relationships across internal organizational boundaries

- Ability to handle multiple workstreams, prioritize commitments and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive, quality-oriented environment


Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a competitive academic program in a relevant field.
