Associate Director CSMS Sales

The Sales Manager provides the key client relationship to clients through relationships with executives and leaders in the client organization in a part of a large or mid-sized market or part of a large region.

Grows revenue by leveraging the IQVIA offerings and identifying new business opportunities

Essential Functions

• Manage the activities of a sales team to achieve or exceed the assigned revenue and growth goals in assigned accounts or sales territory

• Takes proactive role in contract strategy

• Develops strategy for expanding scope of existing contracts and identifying new Business and win backs opportunities

• As required, may lead negotiations in renewing contracts within assigned accounts

• Develops relationships with key executives and decision makers within assigned accounts

• Ensure that sales team is fully staffed, trained and deployed to maximize sales coverage

• Develops and execute account plans and monitors progress
