We are currently looking for a dynamic Territory Partner to strengthen our commercial team. In this position, your focus will be on our retail product portfolio. You are part of a team of Territory Partners and you report to the Sales Manager in your region.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• You establish good relationships with GP’s, SP’s and Pharmacists in your region to increase selling in and selling out of our products.
• Know your clients and business partners across the organization, in order to develop your network, knowledge and expertise in key therapeutic areas.
• Analyze your performance, suggest improvements and share your experiences with other regions and management. We appreciate your input to support business decisions and to increase results.
• Ensure best in class performance and continuous improvement within your area.

The role has no direct reports but requires close collaboration with different departments in- and outside Arega.

Qualifications

• Minimal experience in a commercial position.
• Good knowledge of sales and marketing tactics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• You have a valid driver’s license.
• You are proactive, you like to take initiative and ownership and you don’t give up easily.
• Result oriented with a strategic focus on sales.
