Role Overview:

The Recruitment Reporting Analyst will work with FSP Recruiting leadership to support reporting, analytics, KPI tracking, and recruitment insights to tell stories through data.

Reporting Structure:

The Recruitment Reporting Analyst supports the global FSP Recruiting team and reports into the Director of US FSP Recruiting.

Job Responsibilities: Leverage applicant tracking system data for reporting and data analysis. Measure and Track KPI's for FSP Recruiting Team purposes i.e. KPIs (Time to Fill Metrics, aged requisition data), and business reviews. Prepare presentations and Excel summaries for business reviews. Continuously analyze and highlight areas of strength and opportunities. Partner with FSP Recruitment to translate data insights into periodic business reviews Provide ongoing data reporting support to Recruitment Leadership. Participate in ad hoc Recruitment reporting projects as required. QualificationsRequirements: BA/BS degree, Masters or Ph.D. candidate preferred (Data Science, Information Management, HR, Computer Science, Math/Statistics, or another related field) At least 2 years of experience developing reports and data visualizations Analytical and data driven – prefer experience in at least some of the following areas: SQL/relational databases, basic inferential statistics, and research methods (correlations, regressions, t-tests, research design) Technically Savvy with MS Excel (macros, formulas, pivot tables, etc.) & PowerPoint Exceptional Project Management Skills Self-starter with ability to Initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance Team player, comfortable with ambiguity, agility to pivot as priorities shift Ability to communicate the results of analyses to multiple stakeholders EEO DisclaimerParexel is an equal opportunity employer.  Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to legally protected status, which in the US includes race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
