As aSenior Manager, Talent Acquisition, this is an ideal position for someone who loves to coach and develop team members, solve problems through collaboration and innovation, and work in a fast-paced environment with both autonomy and support. The Senior Manager will lead a team of recruiters and talent acquisition coordinators focused on recruiting for a variety of roles across a growing CRO. Responsible for creating and executing against a strategy of high volume sourcing, recruiting, and attracting best-qualified candidates for vacant mid-level to executive level positions.

Essential Functions: Supervises team of recruiters and coordinators by communicating corporate initiatives, strategies and measurements. Provides leadership and direction and develops existing staff to improve the department's contribution to the business objectives. Anticipates and shapes recruiting needs by creating strong internal client relationships. Acts as key figure within talent acquisition for internal clients. Works closely with management peers in other regions and the wider department to share information and best practices, and provide assistance on critical needs. Keeps records of activity and prepares productivity, analytical and other reports as assigned. Remains abreast of trends and developments in talent acquisition and recommends nature and timing of department improvements.

1 year of leadership responsibility

In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Strong supervisory and management skills Proficient in problem solving and prioritizing Work effectively with all levels of employees with excellent interpersonal skills Strong analytical and quantitative skills Strong Microsoft Office skills for analysis and presentation of data Demonstrates strong presentation skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ability to multi-task and handle pressure Ability to handle confidential information and exercise discretion Advanced knowledge of personnel policy and procedure as well as laws regarding employment practices
