Job Summary Provide project management for all intranet-related initiatives including governance, publisher support/training and design of new features to streamline business practices, increase internal communication, and enhance knowledge management. This work includes, but is not limited to: concepts, requirements gathering, documentation, development, testing, training, and delivery.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Create portal project plans and manage projects through completion; serve as point of contact for all portal content managers and owners. Develop and implement dynamic intranet marketing plan to drive user traffic; measure traffic and augment marketing plan as required. Develop and oversee governance guidelines. Ensure content and graphics adhere to intranet governance standards and are delivered in a timely fashion. Maintain, create and modify pages and content for Global intranet. In coordination with intranet strategic team, provide editorial oversight of content. Work with team to develop, implement, and update the company’s intranet portal web design strategies. Provide training and support to users and content owners for self-service development and maintenance of site sub-sections, collaborative spaces, graphics and video/media streaming. Provide consultation and expert advice to business units interested in utilizing web based technology for communication or collaboration purposes. Perform all other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in communications, web technologies, marketing or related discipline. Two to four years related experience in corporate communications with a focus on internal audiences and intranet development. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above. Strong written, verbal communications,and marketing skills required. Proficiency in creating word-processed documents, spreadsheets and presentations required. SharePoint Online or equivalent and image editing skills required. Photoshop and other Microsoft 365 application skills preferred. Regularly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. Regularly provides information to and receives information from/through various technologies, media, sources and contacts. Must be able to accurately exchange accurate information in these situations. This position requires occasional domestic travel.
