Job Purpose:

The role will require to work majorly in Manual testing and QA of Compliance HCP/O Engagement Management. 

Principal Accountabilities:

• Understand and review requirements, create test plan or contribute in test estimation, planning/strategy
• Responsible for test planning, test case authoring and execution for compliance products’ for client implementation projects
• Work closely with Developers, Tech leads/managers, BA/Consultant and other project stakeholders throughout the SDLC
• Executing test iterations, defect tracking and reporting test results, troubleshooting and coordinating with team focusing defect resolution
• Team lead will be responsible to communicate and mentor the team so that they follow the process and standards put in place for the Product. 
• Team lead will be reponsbile for daily task assistments, getting updates for those tasks and communicating the same to the onshore Support Manager. 
• Coordinate with Team Lead and development teams in resolving road blocks and issues
• Document, track and escalate issues as appropriate
• Hands on experience in running test scripts and identify scope for areas of automation to bring process efficiency
• Proactively to discuss/flag challenges, risk & mitigation plan with the Manager and seek for necessary support

Qualifications:

Education: 

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Master’s Degree in computer application or equivalent

Technical Skills: 

• At least 6+ years of experience in testing web-application projects
• Knowledge on SDLC, Agile Methodologies like Scrum
• Database skills, mainly based on SFDC Platform
• Good working Knowledge on Manual testing
• Good working knowledge of Operating Systems with emphasis on Windows Server
• Good understanding of object oriented programming.
• Good knowledge on REST APIs using WEB APIs
• Familiarity on tools - SourceTree, SF IDE, JIRA
• Good to have: Hands on experience of automated testing tools like WinRunner, EuraQA, etc...

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven technical writing abilities
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability and logical thinking capabilities
• Excellent inter-personal skills, working in collaboration with onshore and offshore teams
• Proven ability to work independent and productively
• Adaptive for change and implementing new technologies & process
• Should be proactive with a zeal to learn and have an inquisitive attitude

Additional/Special Requirements:

• Attention to detail
• Onshore team is based out of US location, hence it requires availability and support until 11 am EST
