Graphic Designer ; AES

Responsibilities:

•Work with and support Creative Services Director to ideate and execute projects and campaigns

• Support creative vision and conceptualization of creative solutions

•Manage time, schedules, and budgets in completion of multiple projects

• Develop and execute well-conceived industry-leading visual concepts

• Maintain a collaborative workflow and process

The Designer is an integral part of the Creative Services team and works with the Director, Art Director, writers, and support staff to create and implement comprehensive project and campaigns for sponsor recruitment and marketing efforts.

Minimum Required Education and Experience:

·Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent

• 3 - 6 years’ experience as a graphic designer for print and web

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

•Experience with Wordpress

Knowledge in print and web production, including pre-press prep and html/CSS

•Ability to work with multiple media a plus (video, animation, audio, broadcast)

• Ability to manage and complete multiple projects within a face-paced environment

•Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills

• Healthcare and/or pharma communications experience a plus

•Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

• Knowledge of MS Office a plus, especially Powerpoint, Word, and Excel
