Job Summary

This position is responsible for management of the eConsent business unit within Trial Design and Site Engagement, inclusive of finance, operations, sales and marketing support, and technology.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Provide leadership and direction for eConsent organization.
  • Ensure client satisfaction
  • Ensure efficient operational delivery
  • Provide sales support in obtaining new eConsent business
  • Provide marketing support with collateral development and marketing programs
  • Provide pricing guidance to sales for new opportunities
  • Support new product offering development and business strategies
  • Provide operational account management for existing clients
  • Ensure achievement of all business unit financial targets (orders, revenue, EBITDA)
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of ten (10) years’ related experience
