We are currently seeking a Site Activation Coordinator to join our team in Location, who will provide administrative support for site activation activities and support the development of the critical path for site activation within assigned projects to provide support for rapid site activations. As a Site Activation Coordinator you will

Assist with technical and administrative support for projectsWork directly with sites to obtain documents related to site selectionAssist the project team with the preparation of regulatory compliance review packagesEnsure that trial status information relating to activities are accurately maintained and updated in the databaseSupport start up team conference calls and documents, completing and distributing meeting minutes from internal/clSite Activation Coordinator – Bennekom, Netherlands

Education/Experience:

Educated to Degree Level or equivalent in Life Science subjectPrevious experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 years).Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Good communication skills, including adequate level of English language and grammarand interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail to produce quality documentationSolid computer skills and the ability to learn appropriate softwareBasic medical/therapeutic area and medical terminology knowledgeGood teambuilding, organisational and planning skillsEssential judgment and decision-making skills

Requirements

Education/Experience:
