We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Microbial Solutions team as a Master Data Analyst who will assist in the day-to-day activities and various responsibilities pertaining to master data within the division. This position will interact directly with Product Managers, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service and Finance employees to ensure compliance with Master Data Governance (Product and Customer) and Master Data Management processes being established. The candidate will assist in harmonizing data across multiple systems by accurately creating, maintaining, and validating master data on a timely basis for the Microbial Solutions Division. Long Description • Receive Item Creation Request Notification with item codes and corresponding master data fields for all purchased and manufactured materials and SAP entities (Charleston, Dublin, Neuss, Kaarst).

• Insure all required fields of information for all integrated systems are completed by appropriate dept. as defined in the New Item Creation Process and aligned across multiples systems.

• Assist with harmonization of data and data cleansing across multiple systems. Update systems where appropriate ((SAP, Vanguard, ServiceCloud, SalesForce, ServiceMax, CPQ).

• Submit and track approvals from all appropriate functional leaders.

• Submit all SAP product creation and change within policy time frames.

• Create and enter data in all appropriate systems as authorizations allow.

• Obsolete codes in SAP and other systems when they are no longer active.

• Perform on-going daily maintenance of master data information.

• Participate with CRL Corporate D3A initiative and CRL Master Data to create product master data standards and governance and insure standards and governance are implemented and maintained.

• Facilitate and conduct customer and product Master Data Scrubbing.

• Participate in Development and implementation of a global NPI (New Product Introduction) process.

• Work with Customer Service and Sales to support reconciliation of customer and product master data between SAP, CPQ, (SFDC) ServiceCloud, ServiceMax and SalesCloud.

• Work with Sales Operations to support pricing administration and integration.

• Perform other Supply Chain related duties as assigned.

• Ensure that activity is conducted in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and the principles of ISO, GMP and cGMP.

• Participate in various team meetings as requested.

• Leverage value of various software by participating in continuous improvement teams.

Job Qualifications BS/BA Degree in Business (Supply Chain, Management, Finance, Accounting or Operations, IT or relevant disciplines) Basic analysis/cleansing of master data experience with SAP or another ERP system. Prior experience with SAP Master Data configuration and maintenance including Material Master, Customer Material Info Record, Bill of Materials, Resources, Recipes, MRP parameters and Scheduling Agreement preferred. Similar master data experience with other Enterprise Resource Planning systems accepted.
