At ICON, we have an incredible opportunity for a Senior Financial Accountant to join the team in our Leopardstown, Dublin 18 location.

The Role:Preparation of Monthly Financial Information for two or more European entities including Management Accounts Manage full Trial Balance and maintain Balance Sheet reconciliationsCalculation of Cost-plus revenueEnsuring entities are compliant with local statutory requirements, i.e. VAT returns, Statutory Financial Statements, CT returns and all other filings are completed and filed in accordance with local legislation & timelinesLiaising with local financial advisors to ensure efficient information flows to ensure local accounts are accurateEnsuring all processes are SOX compliantAssisting Tax Manager with tax issues across range of European entitiesWeekly cash-flow monitoring and reportingLiaising with and assisting external auditors - at both group and local levelsMonthly and annual assistance with forecast and budget preparationAssisting Finance Manager with various relevant information requirements and projects as and when they arise

What you need:2-3 years PQE ACA/CIMA/ACCA with good accounts preparation experienceAdvanced Excel knowledgeGood Systems experienceStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to work on own initiativeWork as part of a team
