We have a vacancyfor Senior Director/Director/Associate Director in the Clinical Operations Process and Systems Optimization (ClinOps PSO) team. It can be office or home based.

Responsibilities:

The ClinOps PSO drives and supports quality,process improvement, training and communications globally across Clinical Operations, with the aim to simplify and streamline processes that will enable efficient delivery of services. The ClinOps PSO pillars are : Quality, Metrics, Training, Communication, Change Management .

This role oversees and provides strategic leadership tothe Quality pillar of the Clinical Operations Process and Systems Optimization (ClinOpsPSO).They will be accountable for assigned highly complex initiatives aimed at supporting and ensuring quality operational delivery via efficient and effective processes, associated systems, training and communications. They are expected to identify process improvement opportunities and should be able to makes good business decisions with minimal support.

Key areas for the role will involve some or all of the below – Leads and/or participates in initiatives to develop, optimize and improve processes, associated systems/applications, training, communications and change management activities Designs, develops, communicates and implements process optimizing strategies to best support business outcomes and industry compliance requirements Proactively collaborates with senior management to identify and drive continuous process optimization Manages and investigates Quality Events Leads ClinOps SOP updates

The scope of the role and its responsibilities may be adjusted depending on the experience and seniority level of the successful candidate.

Job Qualification

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 12 /15 years)

• 7 years of management responsibility Advanced leadership skills

In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

Outstanding organizational, judgment, analytical, decision-making and interpersonal skills to manage complex projects in parallel and manage rapidly changing priorities

Ability to direct and promote teamwork in a multi-disciplinary and/or multi-cultural team setting

Superior computer skills, to include an effective understanding of clinical management technology and systems

Strong executive presence

Change champion, open minded, high degree of flexibility to operate in a rapidly changing environment
